1. Commission & Payments
You will earn a commission on fees paid by profiles you refer. Commission rates are set by PerfectSoul and may be changed with notice. Payouts are made manually upon request, subject to a minimum balance threshold.
2. Referral Integrity
You may not refer yourself or family members. Self-referrals or fraudulent referrals will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all pending commissions.
3. Honest Promotion
You must promote PerfectSoul honestly and accurately. Misleading claims, spam, or any promotion that violates applicable laws is strictly prohibited.
4. Account Status
PerfectSoul reserves the right to approve, reject, or deactivate any affiliate account at its sole discretion. Inactive or policy-violating accounts may be terminated without prior notice.
5. Confidentiality
You agree not to disclose any non-public information about PerfectSoul's operations, pricing, or business practices.
6. Amendments
PerfectSoul may update these terms at any time. Continued participation in the affiliate program constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
