Profile creation and proposals: free
There is no charge to create a matrimonial profile or begin receiving proposed matches. The number and timing of proposals depends on available profiles and your preferences.
Contact service fee: Rs 5,000
When both sides are ready to proceed, a one-time Rs 5,000 service fee applies for the contact stage. This is a service charge, not a payment for a guaranteed match or marriage.
Success fee: Rs 15,000
A Rs 15,000 success fee applies if a match is finalized through Perfect Soulmate. Tell our team when a proposal progresses so the applicable terms can be confirmed.
No recurring subscription
Perfect Soulmate does not charge a monthly subscription under this standard fee structure. Any approved exception or promotion should be confirmed in writing through an official channel.
Payments and refunds
Only pay using instructions confirmed through hello@perfectsoul.pk or +92 319 5682936. Because fees cover services and work already performed, payments are generally non-refundable once the relevant service has started, except where required by law or explicitly agreed in writing. Duplicate or mistaken payments should be reported promptly for review.
