We collect information submitted in a matrimonial profile, such as age, location, family details, education, work, preferences, photographs, contact details, and messages sent to support. We also receive basic technical and usage information when the website is used.
How information is used
We use information to review and manage profiles, suggest proposals, support introductions, communicate with users, prevent misuse, improve the service, and meet legal obligations.
Public and private profile information
Public profile pages are designed to show non-identifying matrimonial details without direct contact information. Additional profile information and photographs may be shared privately with selected proposals during the matchmaking process.
Service providers and legal requests
We may use service providers for hosting, storage, analytics, communications, and other operational needs. Information may also be disclosed when required by law, to protect users, or to investigate misuse.
Retention and security
We retain information for as long as reasonably needed to operate the service, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and meet legal requirements. We use reasonable safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.

You may ask to correct, deactivate, or delete your profile by contacting hello@perfectsoul.pk. Some records may be retained where required for security, accounting, dispute resolution, or legal compliance.
